By accessing and using Triga (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This Service is provided by Triga (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Service Description

Triga provides residential moving leads to enterprise moving companies. Our service delivers contact information and property details of residents who have recently listed their properties for sale, indicating potential moving needs.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

• Services are available only to legitimate enterprise moving companies
• You must provide accurate company and contact information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per company; multiple accounts may result in service termination

4. Lead Data Usage

• Lead data is provided for legitimate business contact purposes only
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share lead data with third parties
• You must comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state privacy laws
• You must maintain appropriate opt-out mechanisms for contacted leads
• Leads are exclusive to your company unless otherwise specified

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed on a prepaid basis through your account balance
• Lead costs are deducted automatically upon delivery
• Refunds are not provided for delivered leads
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

While we strive for high data accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all lead information is current or complete. Lead data is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Using leads for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harassing or spamming lead contacts
• Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape our platform
• Sharing account access with unauthorized parties

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Triga be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
